TRICON
TRICON is a redundant fault-tolerant control system based on the Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) architecture. TMR integrates three independent and parallel control systems with diagnostic functionality into a single system, using a three-out-of-two voting mechanism to achieve high reliability, availability, and uninterrupted control process even in the event of a single-point failure. TRICON offers high safety and reliability, complying with Safety Integrity Level 3 (SIL3)/TUV AK6 standards, making it suitable for applications with high safety requirements. Typical applications of TRICON include:
1. CCS: Turbocompressor Control System
2. FGS: Fire and Gas Protection System
3. SIS: Safety Interlock/Emergency Shutdown Protection

PCS7-410F
SIEMENS PCS7-410F series is a new fully integrated automation control system that combines process control, safety control system (SIS), PLC, and remote IO. It offers advantages such as distributed control, centralized management, fully digital control devices and instruments, low installation cost, and easy maintenance. The top-level configuration of this system is 410F/H, which can be configured with a dual-redundant fault-tolerant structure, as well as optional SIL3 safety modules, PROFIBUS safety communication, and more. PCS7-410F is suitable for applications with high safety requirements, and typical applications include:
1. CCS: Turbocompressor Control System
2. UCP: Unit Control System
3. DEH: Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control System
4. SIS: Safety Interlock/Emergency Shutdown System
